Jeffrey Schaub is a San Francisco Bay Area broadcast news professional. Between 1990 and 2010, Schaub served as a reporter and anchor at CBS5 KPIX-TV in San Francisco. Prior to that Schaub was a radio news reporter in San Rafael, California, and in Colorado.

Schaub has covered Bay Area and national events including the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, the 1991 Oakland hills firestorm, six national political conventions, President Reagan’s state funeral, the inauguration of George W. Bush and the 2000 Bush-Gore election crisis from Miami, Florida.

Schaub is the recipient of three Emmy awards.

Schaub lives in Novato, California, with his two sons.

Upon the arrest of Rafic Labboun, a Hezbollah cadre and imam with Shia Association of Bay Area (Saba Islamic Center), in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, Schaub wrote an article about the event for CBS San Francisco.
